annnnd once again i come back feeling like a failure. When I wake up tomorrow there is gonna be no more of this piss-poor attitude. I took 3 days off last week and ate like shit and now its affecting my mood. I was so much happier when I was working out consistently and eating right. This last week even the days I worked out I felt like I half-assed it. I just really need some encouragement.
