Day 18
So i feel like since I’ve started i’ve seen a difference. And when i start to doubt the changes I have the numbers to prove it. Right now its a little after 9pm and i’m pretty tired but not quite sure if I can sleep yet. All I want to do is eat which sucks. I was thinking of going to eat the last bit of raw bell pepper I have in the fridge but I usually don’t like to eat really after about 8 or 9 at night. Not sure if a little bit of a raw vegetable is going to hurt me so I guess I’ll go for it and then try to sleep.
