So i went to the gym for about a little over an hour between classes. Did 5 miles on the bike to give my calves a rest for tonight, did abs, back, shoulders and biceps. I get off of work at 8 and then I’m going to force myself to do 30DS I don’t care how tired I am I can do another 20 minutes tonight and then pass out. I’m feeling good though and I kept a better grasp on what i ate today. Usually if I’m at work during “dinner” I would order out, but today I packed a sandwhich with high fiber wheat bread, peanut butter and Polaner strawberry preserves. Lots  of fat  in the peanut butter but it helped me in the calorie intake for the day. My girlfriend always tells me I eat like a bird because I never finish anything. I can’t eat alot in one sitting so its easier for me to eat smaller meals of filling foods, i.e peanut butter. I’m always looking for input and ask  my girlfriend for advice constantly, but if anyone comes across this and has anything they can offer about healthy eating I always welcome it. 

Let me also say that I’m not  an idiot when it comes to health and fitness. I know the anatomy and physiology of the body very well not only on a gross level but  on  a micro level as well. I dated a nutrition major for 2 years and learned alot from that as well as through my own curiosity. I’m a biology major and have studied all aspects of human health for the last 5 years. I’m going to get my Bachelors in May. I’m not ignorant to the work it takes to get where I want to be.

Point being: I have no excuse for being out of shape.
