Day 12
Today is the second day of the new routine, it’s also the second day of the new workout for Jillian Micheal’s 30DS which I love because it really challenges my endurance. I always thought everything I was doing was enough…bottom line - it wasn’t. I’m not quitting on this. I watch my dad struggle with his weight everyday. Two heart-attacks. Triple bypass twice both of those in my lifetime (I’m 22) and now diabetes. I’m not quitting.
I’ve cut down how much I smoke but not nearly enough. I’m just happy i’m under half a pack a day now and I’ve been able to control my cravings much more especially since I started dating Alaina. She may not think I’ve cut down alot but compared to how much I was smoking before I met her…well, its just a huge change for me.
I’m gonna kill it.
